The release picked up an impressive 228,000 actual album and digital sales in its first week to beat Josh Groban's Stages to the top spot on the new countdown.
Stages is Groban's eighth top 10 album.
Former number one, the Furious 7 soundtrack, drops to three, while country singer Tyler Farr's Suffer In Peace debuts at four, and Drake's If You're Reading This It's Too Late rounds out the top five.
Meanwhile, Wiz Khalifa's Paul Walker tribute for the Furious 7 soundtrack has landed a fourth week on top of the Hit 100 single chart.
See You Again keeps Fetty Wap's Trap Queen off the top of the countdown, while Mark Ronson's megahit Uptown Funk! drops a spot to three.
