By Ed Biggs in Lifestyle / Showbiz on 13 January 2017
The 35 year old former 'Loose Women' panellist says a woman confronted her in first class over tickets.
Former pop star Jamelia has claimed she was the victim of racial prejudice while sitting in first class during a train journey, when a fellow passenger asked to see her ticket.
The 35 year old, who had a string of UK Top Ten singles in the noughties and picked up nine BRIT Award nominations, travelled on a service with her 11 year old daughter Tiani on Thursday (January 12th), and claims that she was challenged by a woman after she sat down in the first class carriage.
An argument then kicked off, in which she accused the woman of “allowing your prejudice to speak for you”, which Jamelia detailed in a string of tweets.

'Strictly Come Dancing' Stars May Be Gagged By BBC After Show Criticisms
By Stephanie Chase in Movies / TV / Theatre on 06 December 2015
Following Ola Jordan and Jamelia speaking out, ‘Strictly’ bosses are trying to prevent any further embarrassments.
Contestants on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ could be facing gag orders from the BBC, following recent ‘fix’ accusations by dancer Ola Jordan and contestant Jamelia. According to reports, celebrities and professional dancers will now have to sign a clause banning them from giving unauthorised interviews or speaking negatively about the show online.
An insider told The Mirror: “Some of the outbursts have been outrageous and completely unfounded, and can’t be allowed to happen again. For people employed by the show to be making such claims is unfair, and won’t be allowed to continue.”

Len Goodman Dismisses Ola Jordan And Jamelia 'Fix' Rumours On 'Strictly'
By Ed Biggs in Movies / TV / Theatre on 26 November 2015
Jordan left the show permanently at the weekend, and as a parting shot claimed that 'Strictly' producers interfered with the judges' marking.
‘Strictly Come Dancing’ judge Len Goodman has hit back at Ola Jordan’s recent claims that the show’s marking scores are fixed, dismissing them comprehensively in a new TV interview.
Professional dancer Ola confirmed her permanent departure from the BBC show last weekend, and has since implied that the judging panel systematically gives higher marks to more popular contestants in order to keep them in the show for longer.
At around the same time, eliminated star Jamelia also reckoned that the judges were keeping bookies’ favourite Peter Andre in the show after she lost the dance-off against the former pop star in week nine of the show this weekend.

By Stephanie Chase in Movies / TV / Theatre on 25 November 2015
Jamelia exited the BBC competition on Sunday after loosing out to Andre in a dance off.
Former ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ contestant Jamelia has suggested that Peter Andre’s standing ovation on Sunday night’s show was faked so he could stay in the competition. Jamelia made the claims on her return to ‘Loose Women’ after being eliminated from ‘Strictly’ after facing Andre in a dance-off.
On Sunday’s show Andre was shown getting a standing ovation for his performance in the dance-off against Jamelia, but she claims BBC producers got the audience to stand and clap and used that footage instead.
