Iggy Azalea has defended herself after she came under fire for finishing a live performance despite one of her backing dancers suffering a seizure mid-song.

The 28 year old Australian rapper was performing at the massive Maracana Stadium in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Thursday (December 27th), when one of her back-up dancers suddenly collapsed on stage during the performance of ‘Black Widow’. According to TMZ, an ambulance was quickly summoned and driven to the side of the stage, where the dancer was treated.

However, Azalea attracted massive criticism for apparently failing to even notice or acknowledge what had happened, finishing not only the song but then the rest of the set. Less than a day later, though, she quickly went on to social media to defend her decision and give an update on the dancer’s condition.

The 27-year-old rap star - who was previously engaged to basketball star Nick Young - has taken to her Twitter to reveal what she most enjoys about not being in a relationship.

She wrote on the micro-blogging website: "Best thing about being single & living alone? I don't gotta share MY pizza with noooooooooobody. I can pick out all the best, most cheesy slices and eat them in order of deliciousness. (sic)"

Only a matter of weeks after NBA star Nick Young was given his marching orders by his fiancée Iggy Azalea, his baby mama ex-girlfriend Keonna Green has given a tell-all interview revealing that she is pregnant with his child and that she feels no guilt about the situation.

Green, who already has a 4 year old son, Nick Jr., with 31 year old Young, gave an interview on Wednesday (July 6th) with Us Weekly. In it, she confirmed that she is 22 weeks pregnant with her second child and that she is “200 percent” certain it is Young’s child.

She also claimed that they had rekindled their romance in September 2015 – just three months after Young and Australian-born rap star Azalea, 26, got engaged.

Artists including Lady GaGa, Iggy Azalea and Ariana Grande, are uniting in support for Kesha after the latest setback in her ongoing legal battle with producer Dr. Luke. On Friday Kesha was was denied her request for a preliminary injunction that would allow her to release music without producer Dr Luke, who she has previously accused of sexual assault and emotional abuse.

Celebrities have been offering support for Kesha following her latest legal setback.

Kesha first filled suit against Dr Luke in 2014, claiming the producer had sexually assaulted her and accusing him of sexual harassment, gender violence, civil harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Kesha also claimed that on occasions Dr Luke had ‘drugged’ her.
