Reality TV star Kim Richards has avoided a jail sentence for the shoplifting case she was arrested for two months ago. The ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star was handed down a hefty chunk of community service, according to documents accessed by People.

51 year old Richards, a former child star, was sentenced to 300 hours of service in the community, plus three years of probation and 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, in news first reported by TMZ.

She had pleaded no contest to the charges of shoplifting, relating to an arrest outside Target in Los Angeles on August 2nd, when a security guard intercepted her with $600 worth of items and placed her under citizen’s arrest.

Jackass star Steve-O AK.A. Stephen Glover has been sentenced to 30 days in jail on misdemeanour charges filed against him after he conducted an anti-SeaWorld protest in August.

Jill Zarin was hospitalised on Friday (2nd October) after suffering injuries in a car accident. The Real Housewives of New York alum was heading to an event in Manhattan on Friday morning when the accident occurred. According to reports, the car in which she was a passenger was involved in a multi-car pile-up.

Kim Fields is joining The Real Housewives of Atlanta for the show’s upcoming eighth season. Fields’ casting in the show was revealed on Monday (28th September) when Bravo released a new trailer for the upcoming series. Fields also confirmed the news via Twitter.

Kim Zolciak has been hospitalised after suffering a mini stroke. The reality star, who is currently a contestant on the 21st season of Dancing With The Stars, revealed she had suffered a health scare on Instagram on Wednesday morning (23rd September).

Kim Richards has been sentenced on charges stemming from her public intoxication arrest in April. The 50-year-old former child actress, who starred on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills until this year, was sentenced on Monday (14th September). She has been sentenced to three years’ summary probation and ordered to complete 30 days of community service.

Kim Richards has allegedly been arrested for shoplifting. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was reportedly arrested by police in Los Angeles on Sunday (2nd August). The 54-year-old reality star reportedly stole goods, in the region of $600, from a Target store near her home in the San Fernando Valley. She was caught by the shop’s security who placed her under citizens’ arrest and called the police.

Brandi Glanville is leaving Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Sources close to the show’s executives claim Glanville is being sacked from the show.
