Amanda Seyfried discusses her character Mary Katherine (aka M.K.) from the Blue Sky Studios animated movie 'Epic' during a red carpet interview.
'She's a good, normal, kind of grounded girl', she says. 'Unfortunately she's lost her mother and she's trying to reconnect with her father.' Asked if she thought MK was a good role model for young kids, she says: 'Absolutely! She's a really good, brave girl. She's way braver than I am and that's why I loved playing her. We can all aspire to that level of bravery and confidence and she helps save this world, this universe.'
