Angelina Jolie is "open" to having more children

The 'Tourist' actress - who raises Maddox, nine, Pax, seven, Zahara, five, Shiloh, four and twins Knox and Vivienne, two with actor Brad Pitt - would expand her large family at some point but has no concrete plans to yet.

Asked about the possibility of more kids in the future she said: "I don't know, no plans at the moment. But we're always open."

The 35-year-old beauty, who adopted her three eldest children while the youngest three were conceived with Brad, reveals the family has a rule neither parent will work at the same time so someone is always around.

She told Larry King: "I'm very, very lucky where I have a career where it seems like I'm busy but I work for a few months and then have months off.

"My schedule is not as demanding as some mothers across the world have two or three jobs and no help so mine is not as difficult. And Brad is an extremely hands-on, wonderful father and we take turns working so when I was shooting 'The Tourist' he was home with the kids and helping them with school.

"We never work at the same time and we never separate the family."

Earlier this week Angelina revealed she loved having her family on the set of films.

She said: "It's always fun to have family on set. I think it wouldn't be the same without them.

"Fortunately, we've given them a love of discovering new places and new people and new cultures. And they like to pack their bags and have new adventures."
