They might be on rival talent shows, but Boy George only has love for Simon Cowell.
‘The Voice’s’ Boy George has admitted he’s “in love” with ‘X Factor’ judge Simon Cowell and would even date the music mogul. George also revealed that a spot on the ‘X Factor’ judging panel was once talked about, but he’s glad he ended up with a chair on ‘The Voice’ instead.
Boy George has strong feelings towards Simon Cowell.
Speaking to The Sun, George said: “I’ve always felt Simon might be part of my future. I have this weird feeling that somehow we’ll either have dinner together or maybe we’ll become lovers. I love watching him on his shows.”
“I think he’s very funny and he’s very sexy. I’m in love with him.” But despite his feelings for Cowell, George is happy to be on rival talent show ‘The Voice’, where he feels he can really contribute.

“The X Factor was talked about but I am really glad that I got this gig — it’s the best gig,” he said. “It feels like you can really contribute. One of the things I was worried about was how much influence I would have and I have been surprised.”
“You are really involved. That suits me. You want to do the best job you can and walk away saying, ‘I tried, I didn’t dial it in, I was passionate’. That’s how I feel.” George is so passionate about the show that he admits it may even lead to clashes with fellow coach Paloma Faith

"I’m not worrying about them,” he added. “I’m worrying about my lot. But if one of them is mean about my team then I’ll take them down.”
