The Britney Spears Court case rolls on; now Sam Lufti – the man litigating against the one time pop-princess – says Britney "relapsed" on drugs in September 2007.

According to The New York Daily News, Lufti told jurors, "Britney called me from her car and asked me to come back and manage her and help her kick drugs," in a phone conversion. "She was in a car parked behind a tanning salon," he said. "She said she was parked there all night."

Lufti is taking on a number of Spears. Britney is facing breach of contract, her dad - physical assault and her mom - defamation. That’s more a trident than a spear, but we’ll let it fly, considering it was our bad joke in the first place. Lynne Spears called Lutfi a "Svengali" and "predator" in her book "Through the Storm," saying he turned Britney into a drug-addled mess during their seven-month friendship, disabled her cars and cut her phone access before her public breakdown and back-to-back stays in psychiatric hospitals in early 2008.

"She told me that she had wanted to get clean but that she was struggling with it," Lutfi claimed on Tuesday, October 23rd, reported by NY Daily News. "Britney was involved in a wicked child custody battle. She told me someone told her they could scientifically test her hair for history of drug use, so she shaved it all off," he said on the stand.
