Channing Tatum opens up about all facets of his flourishing career in the June issue of GQ Magazine, on which he features on the front cover.

In the candid interview, the 34 year-old actor remembers the time he drank the blood of James Franco, taking on an intense schedule and jokes about being a "high-functioning alcoholic."

Tatum told the magazine he once "drank the blood of James Franco," while appearing in the Seth Rogen-directed comedy 'This Is The End' as Danny McBride's sex slave.

"I mean, when can I say I've drank the blood of James Franco," he admitted. "Why wouldn't I go and do that?"

Although the blood-drinking scene never made it to the finished production, he is proud to have taken on such a bizarre cameo.

"Be as crazy as I could possibly be, and have fun," he said of the role. "If it felt weird, I would have stopped. It felt weird in a good way."

Tatum is quickly becoming one of Hollywood's most sought-after actors, in the past year and a half he has taken one huge roles in the flicks, 'White House Down,' 'Foxcatcher,' 'Jupiter Ascending,' and '22 Jump Street.'

"I feel like I was definitely the fat kid at the buffet," he said of his recent roles. "There were four really great projects, and I was 'I wanna do them all.'"

Despite receiving advice from others to not take on such a busy schedule, he decided to go ahead anyway.

"They're like, 'You know doing four movies back-to-back is going to kill you?' and I'm, 'Yeah, but that's something I can take. That's just going to be tiring, and tired doesn't kill you,'" he stated. "Zero breaks."

But during his rare down time, Channing admits he does enjoy having a drink, or two.
