Cher had to turn down the chance to reteam with SILKWOOD co-star Meryl Streep on the big screen - because she was too busy to sign on for Abba movie musical MAMMA MIA!
The pop superstar has revealed she was invited to play one of Streep's best pals in the film, before Julie Walters and Christine Baranski landed the roles - and she had to say no.
Cher explains, "I was on the road, so I couldn't do it."
