The X-Men star paid a visit to the Sydney Children's Hospital with his wife Deborra-Lee Furness on Wednesday (05Aug15) as part of their role as patrons for the non-profit Fight Cancer Foundation.

They met up with cancer sufferers and launched the charity's Back On Track program, which aims to help sick kids keep on top of their education.

Channel 10 journalist Jessica Turner was delivering a report about the fundraiser outside the facility when Jackman ran up behind her, stretched out his arms and said, "Photobomb".

Turner laughed it off, replying, "The best kind of photobomb, Hugh" as the actor walked away.
