The singer has toppled OMI's Cheerleader (Felix Jaehn Remix) to score his fourth U.K. number one.

He tells OfficialCharts.com, "I just want to say thank you to all the fans for giving me this tremendous pleasure.

"It never ever gets old. Honestly, it feels just as good every time, if not better!"

Cheerleader falls to two after spending a month at the top, while Skrillex, Diplo And Justin Bieber's Where Are U Now, Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth's See You Again and Taylor Swift and Kendrick Lamar's Bad Blood round out the new top five.

Meanwhile, on the album charts, British singer Will Young has scored his fourth U.K. number one album with 85% Proof.

The Vaccines follow with English Graffiti at number two, while Taylor Swift's 1989 comes in at three.

Mumford & Sons' Wilder Mind and Sam Smith's In The Lonely Hour close out the top five.

Smith's latest feat makes him the only artist since The Beatles to spend nearly a year inside the top five of the U.K.'s Official Albums Chart with their debut album.
