Rappers Jay Z and Kanye West and singer Frank Ocean have been hit with copyright infringement lawsuit over their song Made In America.

New York musician Joel MCDonald is claiming the trio infringed on the concept of his 2009 song for their Watch the Throne track in 2011.

He is seeking $3 million (£1.8 million) in damages.
