As expected, Kanye West has aggressively denied the accusations leveled against him.
Kanye West has vehemently denied claims he cheated on Kim Kardashian with Canadian model and bartender Leyla Ghobadi, calling the 24-year-old a "misguided individual" with a hunger for publicity. Ghobadi alleged in a recent interview that she met Kanye at one of his concerts in July 2012 - three months after he and Kim began dating - after she was picked out of the crowd and invited for drinks with the rapper.
She claims they later engaged in two sexual encounters, one while reality star Kim was pregnant with her and Kanye's first child. She also alleges that Kanye confessed his romance with Kim was a sham in order to increase his fan base. The Yeezus rapper has reacted, with his representative telling TMZ.com, "This most recent attack on Kanye West and his family is totally without merit. It's a blatant attempt by a misguided individual who is clearly seeking publicity, and another in a series of malicious stories drummed up by non-credible 'news' sources." The rep adds: "This is a sad attempt to hurt two people trying to live their lives."
It's certainly seems bizarre that Kanye would jeopardize his relationship with a woman he even rapped about hooking up with. As for attempting to increase his fan base - we think he's probably got plenty of those already.
What do you think? Is Leyla Ghobadi talking rubbish?
