Kim Kardashian is getting her famous figure back after giving birth to her and Kanye West's first child this past June (2013).

However, rumours are doing the rounds that suggest the reality star didn't lose her post pregnancy weight the natural way.

Gossip magazine 'Life & Style' have made the shocking claim that Kim's dramatic weight loss is the result of plastic surgery.

The mag reported that the 33 year-old has been secretly meeting with Dr. Simon Ourian, a plastic surgeon based in Beverly Hills at the Epione clinic.

The report states the Kardashian sister used "fillers, stretch mark treatments and a fat-reducing ultrasound procedures" to shred the weight and their headline read "Weight Loss-Cheater!"

That was the last straw and now Kim has taken to twitter to voice her frustrations with the article and deny these rumours.

"I am very frustrated today seeing reports that I got surgery to lose my baby weight! This is FALSE," she wrote.

"I worked so hard to train myself to eat right & healthy, I worked out so hard & this was such a challenge for me but I did it!!! I'm so proud of my accomplishment & NO ONE will take this away from me with fake reports!"

The rant continued, "Say what u want about me but I work hard & am the most disciplined person u will ever meet!"

Since baby North West's birth, Kanye West's fiancé has admitted to losing 50 pounds, but she achieved this by the Akins diet and a rigours workout routine, according to her of course.
