Kourtney Kardashian is ''embracing being a sex symbol again.''

The 36-year-old reality TV star has been ''shopping for hotter clothes'' since splitting from long-term boyfriend Scott Disick last month after nine years together and feels more body confident than ever.

A source close to the brunette beauty said: ''[Kourtney] is dedicated to getting in shape.''

The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star is using portion control and sticking to an organic, gluten-free diet, as well as jogging and yoga to help her regain her pre-pregnancy body after giving birth to third child, Reign, in December.

Kourtney also wants to show Scott what he is missing after he was spotted cosying up to ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli on a yacht in the south of France in early July.

The insider added: ''she's embracing being a sex symbol again. Kourtney has been shopping for hotter clothes.''

The star bared her body in an array of sexy swimsuits and bikinis while holidaying with her family in St. Barts last week.

Another insider told US Weekly magazine: ''Everyone had a great time. The girls did an adventure activity every day. It was all about bonding.''
