Kristen Stewart describes herself as "kind of a weirdo who smokes pot", in the latest issue of Vanity Fair magazine. The Twilight star was reflecting on the moment that she realised the vampire franchise was about to make her and Robert Pattinson international stars.

The actress - who only had a handful of movie credits to her name before 'Twilight - told the magazine, "You can Google my name and one of the first things that comes up is images of me, smoking a pipe.It was taken the day the movie (Twilight) came out. I was no one. I was a kid, the next day it was like I was a delinquent slimy idiot". Expanding on the movie's effect on her life, Stewart mused, "I'm kind of a weirdo, creative Valley Girl who smokes pot. Big deal. But that changed my daily life instantly. I didn't go out in my underwear any more". The 22-year-old has remained coy about her well-publicized relationship with Twilight co-star Pattinson, though the couple were spotted in a rare public embrace at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this month. The pair were in attendance to publicize their respective movies 'On the Road' and 'Cosmopolis', with Pattinson being lauded for his performance in David Cronenberg's drama in particular.

Stewart currently stars in the 'Snow White and the Huntsman', which took a surprisingly high $53.6 million at the box office this past weekend.
