Lady GaGa has had a not so ladylike moment during her on going lawsuit that her former employee Jennifer O’Neill has filed against the singer.

O’Neill is suing Mother Monster for more than $393 000 in unpaid overtime, after reportedly being fired for neglecting her duties. The pop star was far from subtle when voicing her opinion of the former assistant: O'Neill is a "(expletive) hood rat who is suing me for money that she didn't earn," adding, "[it] was essentially a favor, and Jennifer was majorly unqualified."

Gaga goes on to explain that during her employment, O’Neill frequently failed to meet the pop star’s expectations and on top of that, she used the singer’s discounts to brands like YSL without permission. Apparently, working for Gaga pays off in more ways than one, unless you get caught that is.

In her testimony, Gaga goes on to add: "She's just -- she thinks she's just like the queen of the universe," Gaga (real name: Stefani Germanotta) says under oath. "And, you know what, she didn't want to be a slave to one, because in my work and what I do, I'm the queen of the universe every day."

Well, she certainly sounds like a lovely boss. We couldn’t possibly imagine what O’Neill was complaining about.
