Lady GaGa has revealed the saucy content of her new album Artpop was inspired by her own sex life.
The Poker Face hitmaker spoke to a group of fans during a question-and-answer session with satellite radio station SiriusXm on Friday (08Nov13) and was quizzed about the contents of some of her songs.
Some insisted they were shocked by the explicit content on Artpop, which includes lyrics about rough sex and fantasising about other women, but Gaga told her fans she drew on her own experience for the tracks.
Explaining the lyrics to the song Sexxx Dreams, she said, "We're all sometimes dating someone and you're lying next to them, but you're thinking of someone else - especially if the relationship isn't going so well... Also, I've been having good sex."
