The quintet will hit the stage with previously announced stars Luke Bryan, Lady Antebellum and Pharrell Williams at the star-studded gala.

Richie will join the likes of Tony Bennett, Bono, Neil Diamond, Bob Dylan, Billy Joel, Elton John, Carole King, Paul MCCartney, Paul Simon, Bruce Springsteen, Stevie Wonder and Neil Young when he collects the MusiCares honour at the Los Angeles Convention Center on 13 February (16).
