Rapper Lil Wayne Has Released His Long-awaited Mixtape, Free Weezy Album, Exclusively On Jay Z's Streaming Music Initiative Tidal.
The Lollipop hitmaker uploaded FWA to the streaming site on America's Independence day on Saturday (04Jul15).
The album, which was slated to be released in February (15), comes six months after Lil Wayne's last mixtape, Sorry 4 the Wait 2.
It features collaborations with Wiz Khalifa and Young Jeezy, among others, and is available for free to Tidal subscribers.
Last month (Jun15), the 32 year old joined the music service as an artist owner.
Meanwhile, Wayne remains locked in legal action against his Cash Money Records label bosses Bryan 'Birdman' Williams and Ronald 'Slim' Williams. The rapper filed suit in January (15) amid accusations they have withheld millions allegedly owed to the hip-hop star for his long-delayed album, Tha Carter V.
