Rihanna can no longer listen to Adele's music - because she finds the break-up tracks too "depressing".
The Umbrella hitmaker is a huge fan of the British soul sensation, but admits the singer's heartbreaking love songs are often too much for her to bear.
She tells British talk show host Jonathan Ross, "It's hard to say a (favourite) track. The last album 21 just spoke to me so much - to the point where I had to stop listening to it 'cause it was depressing me so much. You become so attached to the stories, it's really something you identify with."
The Bajan beauty also joked she only agreed to appear at the Brit Awards in London last month (Feb12) in the hope of bumping into Adele.
She quipped, "Really I came to the Brits to stalk Adele. It was nothing about the awards or the performance, for me it was just to see Adele again. She doesn't know the depth of my affection, just the surface. She has no idea."
