Scarlett Johansson is named Esquire's 'Sexiest Women Alive' for the second time in seven years.
Esquire has named Scarlett Johansson sexiest women alive for the second time in seven years.
The Don Jon actress graced the cover for the November issue wearing a revealing tank top with a grey bra, a pair of silk shorts and high heels.
Since its creation in 2005 the list of recipients include Mila Kunis, Charlie Theron and Jessica Biel, but only Johansson can claim that she has won the title twice, with the first honour coming in 2006.
The 28 year-old spoke with the magazine on what it's like to be the only 2-time winner;
"I'm the only woman to win twice right? You know, I gotta hustle. I'm a 28-year-old woman in the movie business, right? Pretty soon the roles you're offered all become mothers. Then they just sort of stop. I have to hedge against that with work-theater, producing; this thing with Esquire."
Johansson married fellow actor Ryan Reynolds in 2008 but it ended in a divorce 3 years later and now she is in a new relationship and happily engaged to Romain Dauriac, the owner of an advertising company.
In the same interview 'The Avengers' star spoke about her relationships, "I didn't think I was a jealous person until I started dating my current, my one-and-only," Johansson admits. "I think maybe in the past I didn't have the same kind of investment. Not that I liked my partner less, I just wasn't capable of it or caring that much."
Johansson has won the 'Sexiest Women Alive' title twice
Johansson will be celebrating the accolade alongside the release of comedy-drama 'Don Jon', in which she stars alongside the writer and director, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, as his love interest. It depicts Levitt as lady's man 'Jon', who tries to find happiness and intimacy with Johansson, as she plays 'Barbara', but their relationship begins to crack when it's revealed Jon is addicted to watching online pornography.
'Don Jon' has already got an overall rating on Rotton Tomatoes of 82%, with Manohla Dargis of the New York Times saying Levitt's film is "[A] deceptively sincere movie about masculinity and its discontents that Mr. Gordon-Levitt, making a fine feature directing debut, shapes into a story about a young man's moral education".
'Don Jon' was released on September 27th 2013.
