Recent tabloid reports suggested the singer was interested in taking a role on the panel and possibly replacing Irish music mogul Louis Walsh on the show, but Williams himself has taken to Twitter.com to set the story straight.

He writes, "re: X Factor rumours - I wouldn't put any money on this if I was you. I love X Factor but I'm busy this year..."

The show's executive producer Richard Holloway recently revealed music mogul Simon Cowell would be the only current judge returning to the show for the next series.

Possible replacements for Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Mel B and Walsh will be confirmed in May (15).
