Taylor Swift Has Exploded The Myth That A Pop Star's Life Is One Of Constant Touring, Recording And Torment, Insisting It's "Not That Hard".
The Blank Space hitmaker recently kicked off her 1989 World Tour, and she is set to play more than 75 shows throughout Asia, North America, Europe and Australia, but she doesn't think her gruelling schedule warrants pity from fans.
In an interview with the BBC, Swift says, "It's not that hard, I'm telling you now it's really not. Sometimes I really don't think it's that hard at all."
And she makes it clear that she is by no means slacking, but rather putting in all her effort when she works, particularly feeling the results while on tour.
Swift adds, "The best part of this tour is when you walk offstage and you're drenched in sweat and you're tired and your legs hurt... It feels like you're really working for the job. It's nice to feel tired after a show.
"I'm like, 'Oh my God, I'm finally doing something', I really like the feeling of: 'You know what? I've been busy. I deserve this watching two hours of TV at the end of the night'."
