Taylor's Swift boyfriend Conor Kennedy was kidnapped from high school and flown to Nashville, according to recent tabloid reports. So who was the criminal mastermind behind the kidnapping? Well, it was Taylor herself! Or was it?

The 22-year-old singer - currently preparing the release of her latest album 'Red' - was given the opportunity to comment on the story when interviewed by Rolling Stone magazine. Unsurprisingly, she denied bundling her boyfriend into the back of a private jet and flying him to the home of country music, saying, "How did I kidnap him? You can't kidnap a grown man! These are serious accusations, now! It's an interesting way to spin something into a story.See, this is why I don't read stuff." Though the kidnapping story was clearly ridiculous, Swift also addressed more concrete reports that she crashed the wedding of Kyle Kennedy earlier this year, upstaging the bride and refusing to leave. "I have no idea what happened there.I think that story was based on the biggest misunderstanding, 'cause I would never knowingly show up somewhere that I thought I wasn't invited to," she said, adding, "And I would never want to upstage anybody."

Swift and Conor - the grandson of Robert F. Kennedy - have been together since late July. They are yet to officially confirm a relationship though have been spotted out in public numerous times.
