Taylor Swift has appeared on the front cover of Rolling Stone this month, and moved quickly to dispel rumours that she'd kidnapped her boyfriend! The country singer's love life has always been the subject of much scrutiny, not least owing to the confessional nature of her own songs, including the now infamous 'Dear John' which many have speculated is about former beau John Mayer.

She does seem a bit dotty when it comes to the prospect of love, though, and rumours were spreading that she was missing her current boyfriend Connor Kennedy so much that she took her private jet over to where he was and kidnapped him. So were they true? Not a bit of it, with E! Online writing that she told the print publication "How did I kidnap him? You can't kidnap a grown man! These are serious accusations, now! It's an interesting way to spin something into a story. See, this is why I don't read stuff."

She then imparted a little about her views on falling in love, saying "The way I look at love is you have to follow it, and fall hard, if you fall hard. You have to forget about what everyone else thinks," she explained to the mag. "It has to be an us-against-the-world mentality. You have to make it work by prioritizing it, and by falling in love really fast, without thinking too hard. If I think too hard about a relationship I'll talk myself out of it...I have rules for a lot of areas of my life. Love is not going to be one of them."
