There were lots of twists on The Bachelorette this week, along with a healthy dose of second-hand cringe for anyone watching. Beware of spoilers, if you haven’t guessed already.

So what happens when you put an accountant in a reality love competition and add booze to the mix? NOT GOOD THINGS is the answer, as Craig helpfully demonstrated during a not-so-glamorous group date. The unfortunate boozer ended up jumping into a pool with his clothes still on and possibly getting himself kicked off the show – it wasn’t immediately obvious.

Andi Dorfman
At this point it's anyone's game for Andi Dorfman's heart.

In stark contrast to Craig, Eric Hill pretty much became every Bachelorette viewer’s dream guy after his one-on-one date with Bachelorette Andi Dorfman – the first of the season. Eric reached tragic infamy even before this season started airing, when he died in a paragliding accident. ABC chose to air the footage with him regardless and now Andi has said she is excited for everyone to see their first date.

"The first date, I'm so glad Eric was on it because it was an amazing, exciting date and I couldn't think of a better person to have gone on it with," she said. "I'm excited to see that one of his last dates was so grand and so amazing and to see the smile on his face. Even though there is that sad part of it, you've gotta smile. That's what Eric did. He smiled and he lived his life and I think it's going to be a beautiful thing to see."

But that was enough tenderness for one episode and soon it was back to the regularly scheduled shenanigans – namely, a striptease during the group date. Andi’s fellow former Bachelor contestants Sharleen Joynt and Kelly Travis stopped by to judge the guys’ routines. But really, with this kind of challenge, everyone’s a winner.

Everyone that is, except Craig, who (you guessed it!) got eliminated thanks to his drinking stunt. Joining him on the eliminated list were Carl, the firefighter and Nick S., the professional golfer.
