Rocker Brandon Boyd has denied stalking allegations after he was slapped with a restraining order from a former reality Tv star.

Svetlana Shusterman, who has appeared on the Real World reality show series, has been granted a temporary protection order against the Incubus frontman over claims he has made threats against her.

In a police report, Shusterman alleges that Boyd has repeatedly followed her for years, forcing her to move into a friend's home to escape the singer.

However, a representative for the rocker insists it's a case of mistaken identity, telling Tmz.com, "Brandon has been advised about this but doesn't know anything about it. He doesn't know this person nor does he recall ever having met her."

Despite the denial, Boyd has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards (91.44 metres) away from Shusterman ahead of a court hearing next month (Apr14).
