Chrissy Teigen ''can't wait'' to have kids with John Legend.

The 28-year-old model married the R&B star, 34, in an intimate ceremony at an estate in Lake Como, Italy, in September, and is now ''antsy'' to get pregnant.

The Sports Illustrated beauty told People.com: ''I'm definitely antsy for it. My best friend just had a baby so I look at that and I'm like, this is so beautiful, so amazing ... I can't wait to be the parent that I always make fun of!''

The newlyweds are also looking forward to celebrating Thanksgiving on Thursday (28.11.13) with a huge group of close family members and friends, and Chrissy has been preparing for the American holiday for a few weeks.

She said: ''I've already started cooking for Thanksgiving. We're hosting, like, 20 people at our house, most of his family. This year, I've decided quality over quantity. Last year I had probably 18 different sides for 20 people. I went crazy.

''So this year, I'm going to keep it small: My mom's scalloped potato recipe is fantastic. It has bacon and ham cubes. John uses this Alton Brown recipe for turkey brining. And then there's this peach cobbler recipe with tapioca that's fantastic. It's nice and thick and saucy and good.''
