Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider has something to say about rock 'n' roll as paparazzi catch up with him outside the Nobu restaurant in New York.
'Rock 'n' roll? It ain't dead', he says. 'Contrary to Gene Simmons' proclamation, read my statement: rock 'n' roll's alive and well.' KISS bassist Simmons recently made the remark in an interview with Esquire, insisting that that the culture was 'murdered' through file sharing and an increasing reluctance to pay for music, as well as popstars becoming huge despite often not writing their own music.
