Denise Richards is planning to move away from Charlie Sheen.
The model and actress has been looking at properties outside of Beverly Hills' Mulholland Estates - where she currently resides in a house bought by her ex-husband, near to his own, although he recently threatened to kick her out.
Denise - who has daughters Sam, nine, and Lola, eight, with the actor as well as adopted daughter Eloise - has been spotted with a real estate agent looking at other properties in Beverly Hills and Bel Air.
A source told RadarOnline: ''She is currently looking for a house to lease or buy and has looked at several homes in gated communities but none were at Mulholland Estates.
''Her real estate agent has indicated to other brokers that if she would like to proceed, Denise would want to move as quickly as possible.''
Denise, 42, had enjoyed a good relationship with Charlie, 48, until the end of last year, when he accused her of taking Sam and Lola away over Christmas so he couldn't see them, although she insisted he was welcome to join them. Sources have also suggested Charlie's new girlfriend, porn star Brett Rossi, is ''jealous'' of Denise.
Charlie has had harsh words for his second wife in recent weeks, calling her a ''pig'' on Twitter and suggesting she has ''evil cloven hoofs (sic)''.
Charlie's third ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, was also living in a house bought by the 'Anger Management' star in Mulholland Estates, but he has also told her he also wants to sell that property.
Recovering drug addict Brooke is currently only allowed in the home when she visits her sons with Charlie, Bob and Max, four - who are under the guardianship of her brother, Scott - and lives in a nearby condominium the rest of the time.
