During the creation of 'Star Wars' in 1977, the now iconic design for the Millennium Falcon was completely different. During the design stage, the ship was a longer, more streamlined design, yet it bared too similar resemblance to a space ship from a different movie. When George Lucas told the designers that they needed to come up with something else, and he didn't even care if it just looked like a flying saucer, the most iconic spaceship in film history was created.
'Star Wars: Conversations - Creating a Universe' is a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of 'Star Wars', set to be included in the 10th April 2015 'Star Wars' HD Digital Collection.
