John Taylor is a criminal who has just robbed a bank and pulled it off perfectly. It's unexpected, then, when he turns on the radio in a stolen car and discovers that his crime is all over the news. Police know what he looks like and they even know what car he's driving. John needs to look for a place to hide, off the streets.
Warwick Wilson is planning a dinner party. Everything in his immaculate home is set for when his friends arrive. When his intercom buzzes, he doesn't recognise the man on the screen but the man professes to know one of his friends. He lets John in, not knowing he's a criminal. Warwick even invites John to stay for the dinner party.
Listening to the radio in the kitchen, both men hear about the bank robbery that has taken place. Out of desperation, John attempts to take Warwick hostage but instead the tables are turned and John is drugged and tied up while unconscious by a deceiving Warwick, who, in his role as the perfect host then continues to hold his dinner party as planned, with John being used as a source of entertainment for the guests. What starts out as a hiding place for a man on the run from the police turns into something much more sinister and dangerous.
