Halle Berry has been ordered to pay her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry $16,000 a month in child support. A Los Angeles court told the actress she must pay the Canadian model the substantial monthly sum to support their 6 year-old daughter, Nahla, until she turns 19 years old or graduates from high school. In addition, Aubry was awarded $115,000 in retroactive support.

The 47 year-old film star gave birth to Nahla in 2008 before splitting from Aubry in April 2010. The former couple reached an initial custody agreement in September 2012 after an ongoing ugly dispute during which things even came to blows between Aubry and Berry's now-husband, Olivier Martinez.

The couple now share equal custody of their daughter, according to People. The Oscar-winning actress will also pay for Nahla's schooling but will split healthcare expenses with her ex-lover. She and Martinez were reportedly keen on moving to France and taking Nahla with them but a judge blocked them from taking the child to live outside the US.

Halle Berry married Olivier Martinez this weekend, according to reports in E! The ceremony appears to have taken place at the Chateau des Conde in Vallery, France. Photographs of guests arriving at the ceremony and the couple in their wedding car are likely signs the couple did finally tie the knot. Berry is a stickler for details and promised the wedding would only be "very small", as she said in an interview with InStyle magazine.

A continent away but on the same day (Saturday 13th July), Jimmy Kimmel and Molly McNearey had a larger ceremony with their 300 guests including Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner, Matt Damon, Jennifer Aniston, Louis Theroux and Emily Blunt.

The rumours were true! An expectant Halle Berry has wed French actor Olivier Martinez after being snapped catching a departing flight on Wednesday with Berry's daughter Nahla in tow. The couple reportedly had wanted to leave for France for good, taking Nahla with them to start their new family in Europe but a legal tussle with Berry's ex and Nahla's father, Canadian model Gabriel Aubry, prevents them from putting down roots outside the US.

Pregnant Halle Berry Weds For Third Time.

The pair are now believed to have gotten hitched at a chateau in Vallery, Burgundy - a pictureseque region in central France, according to French Pure People magazine, via People Magazine. Apparently the extremely exclusive ceremony took place at the breathtaking Chateau des Conde, after a civil union was held in the village. It is not known what ties Berry or Martinez have with the small wine-making town but a pregnant Berry was pictured wearing a sparkling white gown in a vintage Citroen car that had been decorated with white veils. Aside from exchanging vows, privacy was top of the pair's agenda with police assembled to keep onlookers away from the venue and security staff holding up white sheets to prevent any photography. Only 60 guests were in attendance to enjoy an intimate, romantic ceremony followed by dinner, and a fireworks display in the evening to herald the couple's new chapter.

Actress Halle Berry is rumoured to be getting hitched to her fiancé, French actor Olivier Martinez, this very weekend! According to E! News, the couple, along with Halle's daughter Nahla, were spotted leaving LAX airport yesterday (10th July) and are said to be gearing up to tie the knot soon. Not only are the pair engaged and soon to be married but they're also nesting up as Berry is pregnant with her second child and son - her first was with French Canadian model Gabriel Aubry - and she looked radiant and calm as they encountered paparazzi on their way through the Los Angeles airport.

Little Nahla looks like she's quite taken to the idea of Martinez being her new stepfather: she was snapped snuggling up to him as the trio headed towards their departing flight. Berry and Martinez had planned to move to France with Nahla to start their new family there but, according to The Daily Mail, a custody agreement between Berry and Aubry means that they must remain living in the US. Last year's Thanksgiving holiday, the two men tried to talk about the custody issues in what culminated in a street brawl leaving both in hospital, People reports, and an emergency protection order was issued meaning Aubry had to stay 100 yards away from Martinez, Berry, and his daughter Nahla at all times.

A glowing Halle Berry headed out into the West Hollywood on Sunday (May 12, 2013) for a Mother's Day meal with fiance Olivier Martinez and 5-year-old daughter Nahla. The X-Men: Days of Future Past actress showed off her growing baby bump in a floaty tie-dye maxi dress with low-cut neckline, reports Us Weekly.

The family held hands as they arrived at Riva Bella in restaurant for a fancy meal, with Nahla looking every inch the future star in a colourful sundress. French actor Martinez, who's encountered a few run-ins with the paparazzi in recent months, was again looking pretty stern and appeared to tell photographers to back-off as he, Halle and Nahla entered the restaurant. On Saturday, Berry had attended the 20th Annual EIF Revlon Run/Walk For Women event at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum (check out the pictures below) where she briefly chatted to reporters about her second pregnancy. "I'm thinking that this is a miracle," she told Entertainment Tonight. "I feel really happy. It's one of the best things that happened in my life, for sure."

Berry, who became embroiled in a nasty custody battle for Nahla with former beau Gabriel Aubry, announced she was expecting her second child in April. "This has been the biggest surprise of my life, to tell you the truth," she confessed to CNN. "Thought I was kind of past the point where this could be a reality for me. So it's been a big surprise and the most wonderful."

Halle Berry says she "feels fantastic" after discovering she is to become a mother for the second time at 46. The Oscar-winning actress and fiance Olivier Martinez are expecting their first child together, which the Monster's Ball star said was a "big surprise" though "wonderful news."

"I feel fantastic. This has been the biggest surprise of my life to tell you the truth," said Berry during an interview with CNN's Alina Cho. In the interview - primarily used to promote her work with designer Michael Kors and the U.N. World Food Programme to fight hunger - Berry said she was shocked at the pregnancy. "I thought I was kind of past the point where this could be a reality for me. So it's been a big surprise and the most wonderful," she added. Some media outlets have reported that Berry is expecting a baby boy, though the actress insists she does not know the gender of her baby. 

Berry has been engaged to Martinez - the former boyfriend of Kylie Minogue - for over a year now. She is already a mother to daughter Nahla, 5, with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry though the pair have been locked in a bitter custody battle. Berry was ready to move to France with Nahla and Olivier, though Aubry blocked the movie. The estranged couple reached a settlement in November.

It's been a tough week for everyone surrounding Halle Berry and her daughter Nahla. On Thanksgiving last Thursday (Nov. 22nd) Berry's current fiancee Olivier Martinez and, her ex, father of Nahla, Gabriel Aubry, had a horrific brawl that left Aubry's face battered and bruised, and Martinez's hand in a splint. Pretty Nasty. However, the sun is on the horizon as Aubry was reunited with his beloved daughter today, according to TMZ.

Both Martinez and Aubry ended up firstly in hospital and later in the police station on Thursday, and since then both parties have taken out emergency restraining orders on one another. The whole argument began due to a custody battle between Halle and Aubry, because Halle wants to take Nahla over to Paris where she and Olivier plan to live together, effectively ripping Aubry from his daughter. The judge, of course, agreed with Aubry that this idea was preposterous and did not grant that right to Berry. 

On the 29th of November they reached an agreement which meant the restraining orders were dropped and have enabled Aubry to see Nahla again. Clair Berk, Halle Berry's legal representative said, "The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter." Smiles all round then, and just in time for Christmas.

Wild Berries: Halle Berry had her Thanksgiving pretty much ruined last week by boyfriend Olivier Martinez and ex-beau Gabriel Aubry, who thought it a decent idea to start punching the lights out of each another on the actress' driveway. Luckily, police are unlikely to take their investigation further, which is probably in everyone's best interest.

Jenny Takes Brown Down? Plucky TV personality Jenny Johnson took Chris Brown to task on Twitter this week in a pretty humorous exchange of tweets. Most gave the Emmy winner the edge in the cyber-battle and Brown subsequently shut down his profile page!

Halle Berry's current fiancee, Olivier Martinez, and he ex-beau and father of her daughter, Gabriel Aubry had an enormous fight last Thursday (22nd Nov. 2012), Thanksgiving, of all days, which left both men in hospital and later in the police station. Furthermore, since then, both parties having taken out protective restraining orders against each other and each are waging entirely different stories against one another. 

TMZ broke photos of Aubry's face which really has been beaten to a pulp. Ironically, this entire dispute is in aid of love for Nahla, Halle's daughter. Halle had been trying to get full custody of their daughter, wanting to emigrate to Paris with Martinez. Naturally, the father, Aubry, was having none of it and the court granted in favour of Aubry, ordering that Nahla had to keep residence in the USA. 

Halle Berry isn't the first celebrity to have a very public and very messy custody battle. Back in 2006 when Britney Spears had her 'wobble' she and her then husband Kevin Federline had an enormous dispute over their two boys, which unusually lead to the father, Federline, having full custody. Not in the least surprising given Britney's behaviour at the time. Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee's custody battle was also bloody, as Pam accused Lee of being an abusive drunk and that he knowingly gave her Hep C, which remains unproven. Earlier this year Kelly Rutherford, of Gossip Girl fame, had her children taken from her as her ex Daniel Giersch was given custody and took her children to France where he lives, as ABC reported at the time.

“We have to move on.” These, it would seem, were the words – spoken by Halle Berry’s fiancé Olivier Martinez – that caused her ex-partner Gabriel Aubry to fly into a rage and assault Martinez at their home on Thanksgiving Day.

TMZ first reported on the incident and now they’ve learned that Halle is taking no chances and will be going to court early this week, to instigate a restraining order against Aubry, the father of her four year-old daughter Nahla.

Sources have told TMZ that Halle is alarmed about Gabriel starting a fight with Olivier right in front of Nahla. A judge issued an emergency protection order against Gabriel, which prevents him from getting any closer than 200 yards to Halle, but that will expire on Tuesday and it seems that the Oscar-winning actress wishes for more permanent measures to be put in place. Halle Berry’s lawyers will reportedly be in a family court as soon as possible, asking for an extension to be placed on the order, for “an indefinite period of time.”
