Hank Fights To Get Wife To Sober Up

Country star Hank Williams Jr is trying to get his musical muse locked away in rehab in a bid to curb her heavy-drinking ways.

The singer/songwriter, who is the son of music legend Hank Williams, fears he'll have to take drastic action against his wife MARY JANE after she almost burned the family home down after guzzling whisky while cooking in the kitchen.

Sources claim the former beauty queen, Williams' third wife, has been to rehabilitation centres three times, but she always checks out early and returns to her binging ways, according to US tabloid NATIONAL ENQUIRER.

The country star's publicist, KIT WEBSTER, says, "Hank is a loving father and husband. He is devoted to getting Mary Jane all the help she needs.

"Their ups and downs are the basis of much of his songwriting."
