Jamie Lee Curtis and her family disguised themselves in ‘Streetfighter’ costumes whilst attended Evo 2015 in Las Vegas over the weekend.
Jamie Lee Curtis went undercover at Evo 2015 at Las Vegas this weekend. On Twitter, the 56-year-old shared a photograph of her family dressed up as characters from the videogame series, Streetfighter. Curtis’s own costume was that of Vega, a mask-wearing, clawed fighter who first appears in the second of the Streetfighter games.

‘Grad trip to @evo2k. 2 stay incognito was Vega who wears a mask. @StreetFighter family. DJ, Dr. Bosconovich, Makoto,’ Curtis tweeted on Sunday (19th July), adding a picture of her whole family in costume and another of her peeking from behind her Vega mask.
As E! reports, Curtis’ husband, Christopher Guest, dressed as Dr. Bosconovitch and their two kids wore Dee Jay and Makoto costumes. Together they attended the annual gaming championship held in Las Vegas this weekend (17th-19th July). The event offers the opportunity for gamers around the world to meet up and compete in fighting game tournaments.
We can’t tell if she, and her family, just really love games or if she was trying to enjoy a day without being recognised. Either way, her costume was fantastic and, if anyone managed to recognise her at the event, kudos to them.
Curtis was at Comic-Con in San Diego last week to promote Scream Queens, the new series from Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk in which she stars. Curtis plays a dean at a college which is shocked when a murderer begins picking off members of the college’s Greek system. Curtis stars opposite Lea Michele, Emma Roberts, Keke Palmer and Ariana Grande, amongst a host of other well-known stars. The series premieres on FX on 22nd September.
