The former Friends star reveals she has just started working on a new lifestyle project aimed at helping dieters stay in shape without sacrificing flavourful foods.

In a new Yahoo.com interview, she says, "I would like to do a lifestyle thing, for people who struggle with dieting. I could just make anything for a diet taste delicious.

"I'm a good alchemist (in the kitchen)... I can mix certain things together that are all very healthy, but you don't feel like you're depriving yourself in any way."

Aniston is also planning to include drink recipes for her and her fiance Justin Theroux's favourite lower calorie cocktails.

She continues, "Justin actually makes the perfect margarita with (Don Julio 1942 tequila), because there's no agave, no sugar no mix. It's pure tequila, lime juice, a squinch (sic) of Cointreau. It's delicious."

She adds of her own food philosophy, "Our generation knows what we should put in our bodies, and that we shouldn't be trash cans putting all sorts of crap in there. We know all the benefits of eating organic fruits and clean foods."

Aniston won't be the only celebrity to boast her own cookbook - Gwyneth Paltrow, Valerie Bertinelli, Ali Larter, Haylie Duff, Martina MCBride and Trisha Yearwood have all previously published their top recipes.
