The actor was spotted arriving at tragic Cathriona White's home in Sherman Oaks, California on Thursday night (01Oct15), despite his best efforts to hide behind cardboard boxes in the back of an SUV.

Carrey met with White's sister, Lisa, at his Los Angeles home on Wednesday (30Sep15).

White's stepmother and sister flew to L.A. on Tuesday (29Sep15) to make arrangements to take her body back to her native Ireland.

The actor issued a statement about White's passing on Tuesday, in which he wrote, " I am deeply saddened by the passing of my sweet Cathriona... She was a truly kind and delicate Irish flower, too sensitive for this soil, to whom loving and being loved was all that sparkled. My heart goes out to her family and friends and to everyone who loved and cared about her."
