Jim Davidson may still be making an appearance in the Celebrity Big Brother house, according to a report from the Daily Mail.

Davidson was arrested on Wednesday (January 2, 2013), at Heathrow airport, on suspicion of sexual offences. He had just flown back to the UK after a Christmas break in Dubai when the 59-year-old pulled out of the Channel 5 show, as a result of his arrest.

However, after discussions with his advisors, he may still be planning to enter the Big Brother house, where he would be joining his replacement Neil ‘Razor’ Ruddock as well as Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, Frankie Dettori, Sam Robertson, Claire Richards, Gillian Taylforth, Lacey Banghard, Paula Hamilton, Ryan Maloney, Rylan Clark and Tricia Penrose.

Davidson could well enter the house as he was not charged with any offence and has been released on bail until March. He was arrested as part of operation Yewtree, which was opened by the Metropolitan Police in the wake of the many allegations made against the former BBC TV presenter Jimmy Savile. Davidson had previously commented on the investigation on his own blog, “The Savile witch hunt is going a bit silly now. We all are starting to speculate and accuse ... even in jest. So no, I don't know who's next. Everyone has had the nod. Everyone is an expert. Just pick someone you don't like and say it's them. As odd as he was, Savile can't defend himself. The bloke's dead for God's sake. Let's move on.” Davidson, however is still very much alive. Will he decide that CBB is the ideal medium for him to defend himself?
