Kate Middleton's nose has become somewhat of a desired feature over in America, as women try and replicate the regal conk currently owned by the Duchess of Cambridge.

A few months ago, Manhattan's Dr Stephen Greenberg started getting requests for the surgery, and they've been relentless ever since. "It has become so popular that we have made a file of a dozen Kate Middleton pictures to show patients when they come in for their consultation," Dr Greenberg said to Sky News. "Women, especially over the age of 28, want the nose of a woman who is regal, refined and strong," he says. "They certainly don't want the scooped out, over-affected, upturned, pinched nose of a pop star." The last sniffer to get this much attention was Jennifer Anniston's, whose turn as Rachel - especially in the first six seasons of Friends - inspired people to change their appearance. Her hair was also highly desired, and started a wave of Rachels walking around the Western World. It's pretty weird, really.

Jessica Blaier - a New York University pre-medical student - has had the Kate nose 'installed' onto her face, snd seems to be delighted with it. "The goal was to have my new nose look natural," she says. "So when people don't notice it, that's a good thing. But I know that my nose was modelled by Kate Middleton, and that's what is most important." Dr Greenberg has twenty more women scheduled in for the nose-job next month, at $7,000. That's $140k in one month, looks like this doctor owes a certain pregnant royal a drink.
