Kerry Katona's Christmas plans are "getting [her] down a little bit" because her eldest daughters won't be there for dinner.
The 43-year-old singer is determined to have a "fun" day with her fiance Ryan Mahoney and youngest children Heidi, 16, Max, 15, and nine-year-old DJ but admitted her 25 December celebrations will be different because 22-year-old Molly is working and 20-year-old Lilly-Sue is visiting her dad Brian McFadden so she can have dinner with her grandparents, who will be visiting from Ireland.
She wrote in her column for new! magazine: "Christmas this year is a little bit different because Molly and Lilly won’t be with me for dinner. When we’re not all together, it does get me down a little bit, but I am still looking forward to it.
"Ryan and I have got DJ, Max and Heidi with us so it’ll be fun just the five of us. I want everyone to get dressed up. Lilly is waking up with us in the morning and then going to her dad’s for dinner, before coming back to me for the evening. Her boyfriend is going to come too.
"Christmas Day is all about the kids and seeing their faces when they open their presents. Normally, the older girls help me with the cooking, but DJ can peel the potatoes and Max is a good help too."
Kerry was married to Brian from 2002 to 2004 and she regrets the fact things were never amicable enough between them to spend time together with Molly and Lilly-Sue.
She admitted: "My biggest regret about Brian is I wish we could have been friendly enough to even be in the same room. There’s no animosity from my end, but we just never did that. If you can, remain friends for your children’s sake."
