Khloe Kardashian and her estranged husband Lamar Odom have reportedly reached a divorce settlement, nearly three years after their first filling.

TMZ report that the former couple have officially signed off on their divorce, and all that's left is a judge's signature.

The website adds that Khloe and Lamar have reached a property settlement and each signed legal documents that were filed on Friday. The judge is expected to sign the papers in December.

Khloe and Lamar married in 2009, after a whirlwind romance that was documented on ‘Keeping Up With Kardashians’. The couple were then given their own spin-off show, ‘Khloé & Lamar’.

Khloe first filed for divorce from Lamar in December 2013, but after the basketball player was found unresponsive in a Nevada brothel last October she put the proceedings on hold as she helped him with his recovery.

Then in May, the reality star re-filed the paperwork and began moving forward again with the divorce.

Khloe is now reportedly dating NBA-pro Tristan Thompson and Lamar is said to be “out of her life completely.”

Last month a source told Entertainment Tonight: "Lamar is out of her life completely. No animosity there -- she still cares about him, she still wants him to be safe, but it's over.”
