Reality star Kim Kardashian, 42, wants to be "more age appropriate" with her dating choices after the 13-year age gap with Pete Davidson.
Kim Kardashian wants to be "more age appropriate" with her dating after Pete Davidson.
The 42-year-old star dated the 29-year-old comedian for nine months until their split last year, and she has set some ground rules with her friends after they teased her about meeting some cute younger soccer players.
In this week's episode of 'The Kardashians', she told them: "I have age limits, guys.
"I need just a little more age appropriate. I need, like, 40s."
Although her friends seemed surprise, Kim later revealed she wanted to be single for now and just wait for "the right situation".
She said in a confessional: "When you're single and all your friends are married, it's like you have desperation on your face and everyone under the sun wants to hook you up with someone.
"I'm genuinely just OK being by myself for a minute and the right situation will come my way."
While Kim - who was previously married to rapper Kanye West and has North, 10, Saint, seven, Chicago, five, and three-year-old Psalm with him - has had some rumoured romances lately, nothing has been confirmed and an insider confirmed her "main focus" is on her family and career.
Last month, a source told Entertainment Tonight: "She’s not seriously dating anyone at the moment, but open to finding love again if she meets the right person. Right now her main focus is on her kids and her businesses."
And Kim herself admitted earlier this year she wanted to "take her time" when it comes to finding love again, noting she had to be "mindful" of who she meets for the sake of her children.
Speaking on the 'On Purpose' podcast, she said: "I definitely will take my time, and I think there’s so many factors, especially when you have kids and being mindful of people that enter in your life.
"If I can look at everything that I did wrong and try to not make the same mistakes and really take my time, I think it just has to be different for me.
"It’s obviously such a hard place to be in because how do you go about it? There’s so many factors, but I’ll always believe in love and I’ll always want that and I think that’s such a magical part of life.
"But I think I’m so comfortable taking my time to not rush it."
