Meghan Trainor has taken the British music charts by storm once again as her debut track 'All About That Bass' earns the U.K. No.1 single spot for the second straight week by outlasting Nicki Minaj's new release 'Anaconda.'

Trainor is at the top of the U.K. singles charts for a second straight week

The 20 year-old American singer's hit song climbed the singles chart last week by becoming one of the fastest-selling singles of the year so far, shifting 144,000 copies, only coming behind Clean Bandit and Jess Glynne's 'Rather Be,' and it has managed to sell a further 100,000 copies in the last seven days.

Minaj's 'Anaconda' is this week's highest new entry at No.3, which comes just behind a non-mover -Jessie J and Ariana Grande's huge hit 'Bang Bang' in second position. Taylor Swift's 'Shake It Off' lands in the fourth spot, and rounding off the top five is the debuting 'Don't Tell 'Em' by Jeremih.
