Miley Cyrus's bad luck might be running out.

Police have recovered the Maserati that was stolen from the 21 year-old singer's home this past weekend.

According to TMZ, people within law enforcement have confirmed that someone spotted the expensive car in park on a Simi Valley street, and then called the local authorities.

The gossip site also notes that the vehicle was taken in by the police so it could be dusted for fingerprints.

Cyrus can now breathe a sigh of relief as her Maserati was not damaged, but since it was abandoned, the thieves most likely got scared and decided to flee.

Authorities are currently looking at CCTV footage from the 'Wrecking Ball' singer's Southern California home to try and identity the crooks.

It was previously reported that a burglary was being investigated at Miley's property after her assistant called 911 around midnight on Saturday (May 31st) once she "noticed things were not in the right place."

The property, which is in the San Fernando Valley area, showed no signs of forced entry but, along with the Maserati, a collection of very valuable jewellery was taken.

Police officers have stated that a man and women scaled the surrounding fence and were able to enter the house and garage while nobody was in.

Cyrus wasn't at the property as she is currently performing on the European leg of her 'Bangerz' tour, but on Sunday morning (June 1st) she did seem quite upset after taking to Twitter to express show much she misses home.
