Cheryl and Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini ''can see themselves starting a family'' in their new home.
The couple - who wed last July - have splashed out on a £4 million home in North London together and are hoping to settle down and have kids in the five-bedroom property.
A source revealed: ''Cheryl and JB are so happy in their new place, it's amazing.
''It's huge and has a modern edge. They can really see themselves starting a family there.''
The luxurious home features a swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym as well as staff quarters, should they want to employ household helpers.
The 32-year-old singer is glad to be back in the area, where she spent her formative years as part of Girls Aloud, as it means she's finally been able to escape the Surrey home she bought with her ex-husband, footballer Ashley Cole.
The source told The Sun newspaper: ''It's a part of town Cheryl knows well and she feels comfortable being back there.''
And to top it off, their new pad is just four miles up the road from fast food restaurant Wimpy, which Cheryl's fellow 'The X Factor' judge, Simon Cowell, recently admitted she is a big fan of.
Remembering some recent auditions, he recalled: ''The first thing I did when I went to Manchester with her was eat. For some reason, we wanted a Wimpy rather than a McDonald's.''
