Chris Hemsworth is now a father to twin boys!

The ‘Thor’ actor and his wife Elsa Pataky rushed to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in West Hollywood, Calif. On Thursday night (March 20th).

The 37 year-old actress then gave birth to her second and third son the following day.

The new baby boys also have an older sister, the couple’s first child called India Rose Hemsworth, who is 22 months-old.

This past January it was confirmed that the acting pair were expecting twins, after it was initially reported Elsa was only pregnant with one child.

It was also clear that they were preparing for twins when Pataky and Hemsworth hit the red carpet at this year’s Golden Globes, the ‘Fast 5’ actress was sporting a very large baby bump while looking radiant in an embellished teal gown.

Hemsworth, who married Pataky over the Christmas holidays in 2010, recently opened up to Parade magazine about how parenthood changes you.

“I love it,” he said. “It’s the greatest thing I’ve ever been a part of. When I am at work, she’s what I’m thinking about, and when I’m not at work, she’s who I’m hanging out with!”

“I think [parenthood] brings out the child in all of us,” he added. “That’s what’s so beautiful. It reminds you of the fascination you had with things, and how you can spend hours just being with someone. It’s amazing.”

Elsa also spoke to Us Weekly last summer about becoming a mother for the first time.

"You become more sensitive about a lot of things, with things like this, the ocean, you want to protect it for your kid to be able to see the world the way I saw it," she told the mag.

"That's important for them to not lose it,” she continued. “There are so many animals endangered now in the ocean; it'll be sad she won't enjoy all those things."

Congrats to the happy parents!
