Bettany Was A Real Hit On Wimbledon Set

British actor Paul Bettany caused a lot of pain on the set of his upcoming movie WIMBLEDON - leaving both the crew and himself injured.

Bettany stars alongside Kirsten Dunst in the tennis-based romantic comedy and admits he was the cause of a few awkward situations during filming.

He says, "I hit the cameraman three times. Twice they were glancing blows. The third time I bought him a bottle of Scotch because I really hit him in the head."

But Bettany admits he was also his own worst enemy on the set, adding, "I stupidly asked for a mat since I was diving (for a ball) so many times.

"They put one down, and I half-missed it. I didn't put my hands down because I saw a fluffy mattress. So I busted my rib."
