Paul Walker wanted to take care of his daughter even after life.

The 40 year-old actor, who was tragically killed in a devastating car crash last November (2013), has allegedly left his entire fortune to his only child, Meadow.

TMZ reports, Walker left his whole $25 million estate to his 15 year-old daughter after the gossip site obtained a copy of his will.

The report also claims the 'The Fast and The Furious' actor's father, Paul Walker III, filed the will in court and has also petitioned to appoint Paul's mother, Cheryl, the legal guardian of Meadow.

Furthermore, Paul Sr. also wants Cheryl to be the guardian of the $25 million estate, which is what her son's will specified.

Meadow, who was living with the late actor in LA prior to his death, is currently staying with her mother Rebecca Soteros, in Hawaii.

An insider close to the situation told E!News that Meadow, "is with her mother and is back to normal, spending time doing her schoolwork and being with friends."

On November 30th, while visiting a charity event in Santa Clarita, Paul Walker died from "combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries," when he was a passenger in a Porsche GT that crashed and burst into flames.

Following her father's death, a clearly devastated Meadow, posted a heart-breaking tribute on her Facebook page;

The post read, "When I was little he taught me to walk, taught me to smile, and taught me to never give up. I love him even before I knew what love was. He was my hero. My REAL life hero! He will always be in my heart! It brings tears in my eyes as I write this. You're gone, but not forgotten! R.I.P Dad!"

A court hearing to address Paul Sr's demands is scheduled for late February.
